Refund Policy – Prisoncall Australia
Due to the nature of our service being a digital product delivered instantly and tailored to your selected recipient and/or phone number, we do not offer refunds once your order is processed and the Prisoncall number is assigned.
We may run introductory offers such as:

A $1 trial for 10 trial days, or

A 50% sign-up offer with 10 bonus days to the selected plan
These introductory payments are non-refundable once your Prisoncall number has been allocated and setup begins.
Your plan will automatically renew at the full plan price at the end of your initial cycle (including any bonus days), unless cancelled before the renewal date. Once a renewal is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including failure to cancel on time.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with setup or service activation, please contact us immediately at support@prisoncall.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve it.
In rare cases where the service cannot be delivered due to a system error or compatibility issue, a full refund will be provided.
